CVHS Is Working To Feed Area Animals During The Covid-19 Crisis!

The Cedar Valley Humane Society has expanded our pet food pantry program to meet the growing needs of pet owners during the Covid-19 crisis. We were thrilled to recently be a part of the massive HACAP drive-through food pantry at Lindale Mall and will be making arrangements to participate in further events in the coming weeks! During Wednesday's drive-through event, we were able to serve over 300 pets and handed out over 2,400 pounds of pet food to those in need of assistance and resources to help care for their furry family members! If you need help feeding your dog or cat due to financial difficulties, CVHS is still operating our on-site pet food pantry by appointment. You can set up an appointment with our front desk staff by emailing info@cvhumane.org or by calling 319-362-6288 between the hours of Noon - 4:00PM Monday through Friday.

Donations can be left at the front door outside of business hours! If you would like a receipt for donated goods, please schedule an appointment for your drop off!
